The site is completely closed with a parking space for your car, and there are several flagged terraces from where you can enjoy the view and the sunshine from morning till night.

In this area you have plenty of opportunities for walks along the beach or to Noret (a cove), which among other things is a bird sanctuary. You can also visit the new marina at Hejlsminde, which was formerly a fishing village.

Hejlsminde is close to the Moravian town of Christiansfeld, the town centre of which is right now undergoing a major renovation, and you are also close to the two market towns of Kolding and Haderslev.



If you want to visit Legoland and Givskud Zoo, which is a combination of zoo and safari park, you can reach both of them is less than an hour by car.

Of course the animals at Rønnegaarden are looking forward to seeing you.

As guests in the old cottage you are welcome to use all the facilities at Roennegaard.
